Making a claim

We have made this process as easy as possible, you’ll need the following details when making a claim:

    1. Your Policy number
    2. Details about what happened

    3. Details of other people involved

If you require urgent assistance or would like to speak to one of our claims team members, please call us on 133 723 and we’ll be ready to help.

If your claim does involve another car, there is important information we’ll need about the other driver.

  • Name, address, phone number and licence details
  • Registration and insurer of the other vehicle(s)
  • Photos of the scene & details of witnesses are really helpful too

What happens next?
